These Terms of Service govern your use of window cleaning and related services provided by Gatton Window Cleaning, operated by Xavier ("we", "us", "our"). By booking a service you agree to these terms.
We provide residential and commercial window cleaning services across the Lockyer Valley, Queensland. Our services include exterior and interior window cleaning, screen cleaning, track and sill detailing, and related add-ons as described on our website.
We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue any service at our discretion.
Quotes provided are estimates based on information supplied at the time of enquiry. Final pricing may vary if the actual scope of work differs from the description provided (e.g. more windows than stated, excessive soiling, or access difficulties).
A booking is confirmed when we have verbally or in writing agreed to a date and time with you. We will contact you to confirm your booking after receiving your enquiry.
You must ensure we have safe, unobstructed access to all windows and areas to be cleaned on the day of service. This includes:
If access is not available on arrival and we are unable to complete the job, a call-out fee may apply.
We understand that things come up. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please give us as much notice as possible, ideally at least 24 hours before your booking. Last-minute cancellations (under 4 hours notice) may incur a fee to cover travel and time already allocated.
We reserve the right to reschedule bookings due to unsafe weather conditions (e.g. heavy rain, storms, extreme heat) or circumstances beyond our control. We will contact you promptly to arrange an alternative time.
We stand behind our work. If you are not satisfied with the result, tell us on the day or contact us within 24 hours of service completion. We will return to re-clean any missed or unsatisfactory areas at no extra charge.
This guarantee applies to the quality of the cleaning work performed. It does not cover pre-existing damage, hard water staining that cannot be removed with standard cleaning methods, or areas that were inaccessible on the day.
We take great care with your property. We are fully insured. If damage occurs as a direct result of our work, please notify us within 48 hours so we can assess and resolve the issue.

Payment is due on the day of service unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept cash, bank transfer, and card payment. For commercial clients on account, payment terms will be agreed separately.
Overdue invoices may incur a late payment fee and we reserve the right to suspend future bookings until outstanding amounts are settled.
We may take before and after photographs of our work for quality assurance and marketing purposes. These will not include identifiable personal information. If you do not want photographs taken at your property, please let us know before we begin.
We may update these terms from time to time. The current version will always be available on our website. Continued use of our services after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
