Gatton Window Cleaning

The bloke on the ladder

G’day, I’m Xavier.

Local, fussy about glass, and still the one who answers the phone.

Xavier, owner of Gatton Window Cleaning, cleaning a window from the ladder

GWC is a small local team based in Gatton: Xavier, who started the business and still answers the phone, and Matthew, one of the best technicians working the Valley. Two people, one standard. No rotating crews, no subcontractors, no wondering who's turning up.

The business runs on one idea: do the job properly. That's why tracks, sills and frames are included in every clean instead of dangled as extras, why estimates are honest ranges instead of lowball hooks, and why the streak-free guarantee exists: if a pane isn't right, it gets re-cleaned, free, no argument.

Most weeks the ute covers the whole Lockyer Valley: Gatton, Laidley, Plainland, Forest Hill, Hatton Vale and everywhere between. Fully insured, police-checked, and fussy about glass in a way that only makes sense once you've seen the difference it makes to a home.

Streak-Free Guarantee

Not happy with a pane? It gets re-cleaned, free.

Tracks, Sills & Frames Included

Every clean, every time. Never an add-on.

Fully Insured

Proper public liability cover on every job.

Locally Owned

One local bloke, the same face every visit.

Two of us, one standard

Meet the team.

Xavier, founder of Gatton Window Cleaning

Xavier

Founder. Started GWC with a squeegee and a stubborn idea about tracks and sills being part of the job. Still quotes, still cleans, still fussy.

Matthew, window cleaning technician at GWC

Matthew

Technician, and one of the best on the glass in the Valley. Screens, tracks, high panes, the lot, done to the same standard the business was built on.

And the people we clean for

Most of our week is regulars and referrals around the Valley. This is the bit of the job that keeps it good.

The way every job gets done.

Frames First

Cobwebs, dust and dirt brushed off before any water touches glass.

02

Seals & Tracks

Tracks and sills detailed so grime never washes back onto the pane.

03

The Glass

Pure water and proper squeegee work for a streak-free finish.

04

Final Detail

Edges wiped, sills dried, and a last inspection in the light.

Window cleaning reviews from Lockyer Valley locals.

Xavier turned up on time, did the tracks and screens without being asked, and the glass looks brand new.

Booked for our shopfront monthly. Reliable, quick, and the front of the shop has never looked better.

Got the neighbours in on it too and we both saved. Lovely young fella, house feels twice as bright.

Fair questions

About GWC FAQs.

Who actually turns up to my job?

Xavier or Matthew, and you'll know which. GWC is deliberately a small team: the people who quote the jobs are the people on the ladder, and the standard never depends on whoever was rostered.

Are you insured?

Fully, with public liability cover on every job, and a certificate of currency available on request. Police-checked too, for the peace of mind that matters when someone's working around your home.

How long has GWC been going?

GWC grew from a Gatton local doing jobs properly and word getting around, which is still the whole business model. Most new work arrives by referral or from someone seeing a neighbour's glass.

Why 'tracks and sills included'?

Because a shiny pane in a filthy frame isn't a finished window. Including the slow, unglamorous part of the job is the standard the whole business is built on, and it's why customers stay.
